Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Travel to Nirvana, we strive to provide exceptional hospitality and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.


Hotel Room Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date or no-shows are non-refundable.


Restaurant and Other Services

  • For pre-booked dining or other hospitality services, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, except in cases of valid emergencies (at management’s discretion).


Refund Process

Once your cancellation is confirmed and eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

  • Same-day bookings

  • No-show guests

  • Discounted/promotional packages unless stated otherwise


Modifications to Bookings

  • Date changes are allowed once without extra charge if made at least 3 days in advance.

  • Any additional modifications are subject to availability and may incur charges.
