Embark on the sacred Char Dham Yatra with Travel to Nirvana, where spirituality meets comfort. Our Char Dham Yatra Packages are designed to provide a divine journey through the four holy shrines — Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath — while staying at our exclusive Travel to Nirvana Hotels that offer warmth, safety, and serenity amidst the Himalayas.
The Char Dham Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage located in the majestic Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand. It includes four holy shrines dedicated to different deities:
Yamunotri – The abode of Goddess Yamuna
Gangotri – Dedicated to Goddess Ganga
Kedarnath – The seat of Lord Shiva
Badrinath – The home of Lord Vishnu
These shrines are not only spiritually significant but also symbolize the path to Moksha (liberation). Traditionally, the yatra starts from Yamunotri and progresses to Gangotri, Kedarnath, and finally Badrinath.
Undertaking the Char Dham Yatra is believed to cleanse the soul and wash away sins accumulated over lifetimes. According to Hindu scriptures, a pilgrimage to these four Dhams opens the door to salvation. Each temple is linked with sacred rivers and mythological legends, offering devotees a deep connection to their spiritual roots.
The Char Dham temples remain open from April/May to October/November. The best time to embark on this divine journey is between May and June or September and October, when the weather is pleasant, and the routes are easily accessible.
Avoid monsoon months (July–August) due to heavy rains and potential landslides. Early summer offers snow-clad views, while post-monsoon brings a lush green landscape ideal for spiritual rejuvenation
